his single is off his new album Fall…that has just hit the stores. were he grew up loving to country music. At a young age of nine his father gave him a guitar. After Clay graduated from high school, he pursued his career full time in music, playing concerts across the South the Midwest, and Canada for over three years. He toured and went to school taking courses about the music business. And during this time he was his own manager and with his first two singles hitting number one upon their release. Being the smart man that he is, he was able to sustain that success over a couple of years by racking up five more number one singles in the first three years of his career. While performing at a club in Beaumont TX. Producer James Stroud heard Walker and offered to work with him. With Stroud helping Walker secure a contract with Giant Records, they started working on the vocalist’s debut album.

August of 1993, “What’s It to You” become a number one hit upon its release, and with “Live Until I Die” followed that same year. Both singles were featured on his debut album Clay Walker. “Dreaming With My Eyes Open” became his third number one hit in the summer of 1994. And the hits just keep coming “Who Needs You Baby.” “Rumor Has It.” And now his new album Fall is out and it is an album you have got to run out and buy.

Just resent Walker was in Tampa Florida and did a show at Cypress Gardens, one of the biggest attractions in the state of Florida. Walker took the stage with 1,800 screaming fans ages running from 10- 85, I sit by a couple Carol and Danny with their grandson Chris who is 5, that drove from Daytona Beach Florida just to see the show at Cypress Gardens. Carol said she and her husband have driven as far as 3 hrs away just to see his show. Walker gave his fans a great show with some of his biggest hits; “She Likes it in the Morning”. “Before The Next Tear Drops Fall”. “Working Man”. “Mexico”. And “Fore She Was Mama” and if you thought the night could not get any better he sings one of Bob Seger’s big hits Against The Wind, And “Take It To The Limit” one of the Eagle’s biggest hits. It has been some time that I had attended one of Clay Walkers concerts and I have to say it was one of the best that I have seen. The show was full of energy and the moves that he showed on stage fore sure had the ladies screaming. Clay, you sure did leave the stage leaving the fans with something to talk about. GREAT JOB……….
