Bucky a native of Rockingham N.C, has all ways loved country music from the time he was a little boy, he taught himself to play the guitar, and when the week-ends rolled around he was playing in a club or a bar in the Carolinas. Bucky has a twin brother Rocky and they are very close, Rocky plays the drums in Covington’s band. Bucky was chosen as one of the finalist in the 2006 season of American Idol, he placed eighth in the competition. Before Bucky went to the try-out he ask his father what he though about him going and his father told him his chances were just as good as anyone else to win, then Bucky said then I am going.
